Find out how P4p members experienced legal expertise 'in the interests of children' - also listed in Solicitors or just Child Abusers
Cooper Nimmo
Parenting agreement ignored
An private shared parenting agreement set by both parents in the interests of the children was completely ignored
These Solicitors had not forwarded this important new information to the Cafcass officer assigned to our case/evident in her report submitted to the court some weeks later.
Constant reminders of these arrangements were send and confirmed as received by my solicitors from Cooper Nimmo, but none were ever acted upon?
Suspiciously, my ex-partners solicitors 'Cooper Nimmo' totally ignored this significantly important document?

Cooper Nimmo
Father considers protesting
Well with a third person with good cause for concern over Cooper Nimmo's ethics, I would certainly like to do something to tarnish their name. If there is anything I can add to your site, or can write somewhere, or even protest outside, then that would suit me.

Cooper Nimmo Very unprofessional, rude This is just a quick note to say that I read your web site with great interest this weekend. I have been going through a separation over the last 7 months (which is due to my ex-partner having an affair with a guy from work.) I have been very unfortunate to have to deal with a solicitors in Blackpool called Cooper Nimmo. This practice I have found very unprofessional, rude and in all instances just plain rubbish. They have used delaying tactics, rarely replied to letters, when there is a reply answering one of maybe eight questions posed they never had my children's best interests as any part of their agenda. Their accusations have been ludicrous, unsubstantiated and down right pathetic. I see that another gent on your site has been through a similar ordeal. This email is more than anything to confirm that his thoughts on this practice are spot on. If there is any way in which they could be highlighted to a governing board then I would be more than happy to voice my concerns/experiences.
