She and Coderre demanded that the CBC take action. " When you have the Liberal government officials claiming that will not tolerate statements that create dissonance in our society and disrespect for others.......... Then those same Government Officials like "Jean Augustine, minister of state for multiculturalism, and the status of women minister" supporting and promoting this trashy report that promotes hate on the male gender "School Success by Gender: A Catalyst for the Masculinist Discourse" then she must be fired from her job at once. "We can not have in Canada, government officials holding government positions in office, "that are promoting and creating dissonance in our society and disrespect for others... ("men and fathers, and boys") they must stop promoting criminal activity by radical feminist groups, that dislike the family unit...and the MALE GENDER. Sheila Copps and many other Liberals also supported the hate report on Fathers and their websites. Slander Suit based on the report listed above. UPDATE, The feminist from Laval had hope to have this case heard before the courts in Montréal, they lost in the jurisdiction hearing in the BC Courts. What they had tried to use was the Montreal Mark Lepine Killing as a emotional legal argument, not based on law. This case will go forward as the ruling stands states this case will be heard in British Columbia Supreme Court in Victoria. See the Case Judgement. n their Government report, they call for fathers rights groups to be monitored and criminally charged as well as stating they are hate mongers, pornographers and pedophiles. It seems they are going to extremism to justify their hate crimes on men, fathers and boys based on lies and outright stupidity, by making these false claims they use to justify the self serving goals. As feminist leader Betty Friedan has warned, this anti-marriage agenda places radical feminists profoundly at odds with the family aspirations of mainstream feminists and most other American women. What is interesting in their report, is these types of "RADICAL MILITANT FEMINIST" use one man name "Mark Lepine" and the killings in Montréal, and every year on December 6th, to justify there hate report on men, fathers, and to gain either sympathy from the courts and/or others in the public, to make it out as they all are some kind of victims based on a horrible tragedy.... The one question that comes to mind is that it still doesn't justify their slander on men, fathers in their hate report they produced and funded by the Federal Liberal Government using tax payers money. It's only a red herring that will seek to further undermined all men and fathers of their god given rights to be equal under the laws of the land... Instead as it is now, fathers are becoming second class citizen's with no rights to their children while these militant feminist violate the equality laws in this country to further their sexist and bigoted goals. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms demands that all people are equal under the laws, and no less.. But Every year the Government of Canada and their Legislation, is making fathers a dirty word and a crime to be born in the male gender status. As for the result of Mark Lepine insane shooting: 14 women murdered, 9 women and 4 men injured. You will note nothing is ever said about those men who were injured, by the media or the feminist themselves. So ask yourself why is that. We all know, "that is people" who have common sense and are not sexist for political correct agenda's, that Violence is not a gender issue, it's a social issue and you can't find solutions to violence, if it's only treated as a women's issue only. After all, that would be like saying ["do not women kill children every year, or commit violent abuses on children and men"] and maybe there should be statues erected to show every year of those deaths, and note, no one is saying that men are not violent, but the way these Radical militant feminist would have you believe this issue of violence, only men are the ones who are violent, and all women are victims. This letter was published in its entirety by the media, including the Montreal newspaper La Presse, and as such was circulated throughout Quebec."] You have to ask yourself why would these radical militant feminist go to such lengths to justify their hate on men, fathers and boys.. Are men, fathers to be blamed for everything that goes wrong with the Radical Feminist movement, because they believe only they have rights and freedoms in this country, and only they are permitted to speak out!. Instead these radical militant feminist seek to say all men are the "Mark Lepine's of this world" and say that all men are capable of such behavior only while they the feminist keep on lying about women's violence on men and children, Note how they and many others ignore women's violence including on children. Are we to believe as men, fathers, to feel guilty for acts committed by one man, that has no barring on being of the male gender, because the feminist which to keep right on with their sexist and bigoted lies. Men and Fathers are not responsible for responsible for the actions of Mark Lepine's. Common Sense would tell people, this would be insane thinking, that all men are responsible for the actions of one man.. It's nothing but the use of sensationalism based on ignorance, malice and fear mongering towards the male gender that these people use, "to distort the rule of law and legislation" that they put forward by their special interest groups These are civil rights violations and are under mining this countries future for all people, including children's rights. The Government is violating section 15 and 28 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms for a select minority called radical feminist. When we all see that Violence issues are not gender issues, they are social issues and when people start to see that then maybe violence issues will be addressed properly, and I find blaming all men for violence is just like throwing a match on gasoline to further more hate on the male gender, while everyone ignores women's violence. You can not have two-tear Justice systems based on sexism. This is no different than the popular argument that men ruled history and are responsible for the domination of women since the beginning of time. Once again, the men of our day are asked to feel the guilt of all history and pay the price. No feminist would admit that the price is to let women use the same tactics they have so loudly denounced as oppressive for the purpose of writing the social policy that makes them winners in the gender war. The laws say "men and women are equal in the laws, but in the real word being a male in today's society is being offered up in the golden militant platter as a crime. And if these Militant Feminist have children (boys) I can only imagine how they are getting treated as the type of actions they portray to society for being born the wrong gender. It is hard to avoid the conclusion that this war is no different than the last one, and harder still to imagine how making the world a guilt-ridden, hostile environment for men will somehow result in a kinder, gentler masculinity. Until we start caring about the violence done to men, and caring about men at all, our efforts to reduce violence against women will not succeed. This mis-use of tax money on the use of criminal based propaganda for a desired goal makes a point of expressing many concerns for Canadian citizen's one half who happened to be male, for these types of Liberal feminist extremist reports, that beat up on the male gender are very dangerous to the family values that are hold very dear, when these people feel they can slander anyone because they are Militant feminists. So now why should my or your tax dollars have to fund these types of militant feminist, at Laval University, so they can show their extremist, sexist and bigoted hate, so they can keep right on promoting their male bashing reports, while forwarding this misandry they produced. A prime example of a Slanderous Hate report is the one listed below. I can state these people and the government will not be getting my tax dollars any more and they can go jump in the lake for all I care. Speak out about your tax dollars being wasted on their false disinformation and misleading projects supported not only by the Liberal government, but used to silence views they dislike. Canada has become a Nation where it not correct to be of the male gender and the way the radical feminist would have the public believe that all men are criminals. is supporting the idea of a "hate watch group" to monitor men's and parents'
organizations across Canada. This recommendation is found in the report
commissioned by the minister called "School Success by Gender: A Catalyst for
the Masculinist Discourse". Two well-known and respectable organizations in
British Columbia are on that hate list. How can the minister justify spending
public funds on an absurd list that promotes hatred against respected parents'
organizations? Mr. Speaker, I think the work of Status of Women Canada is
actually to discourage hate against any person on the basis of gender. I have to
say that when I look at the literally thousands of women in Canada still working
for 64¢ on a dollar earned by a man, the thousands of women in Canada working
full time trying to raise a family on less than $20,000, and the fact that 7% of
boards of directors across the country are women, I think we have a long way to
go to achieve equality in this country. Mr. Speaker, those are nice comments but they have nothing to do
with the compiling of a hate list. The minister spent 75,000 precious taxpayer
dollars on a report filled with hate and inflammatory language that does nothing
to raise the status of women but everything to denigrate men, families and
parent organization volunteers. We know Liberals have contempt for Canadians but
never suspected they would subsidize groups to demonstrate that contempt. Why
did the minister spend $75,000 on a project that is a poorly disguised attack on
men and the family unit? Mr. Speaker, I find it troubling that the member is referring to work done by three professors at Université Laval. If she does not agree with recognized work done by universities on the issue of gender equality, that is her prerogative. However, I think the Government of Canada has a duty to ensure equality between men and women. A Canadian federal agency called Status of Women urges that groups who advocate for fathers be investigated for criminal prosecution. In fact, many of the so-called "hate groups" are not groups but individuals, who are simply criticizing the government. They advocate equal rights for parents in divorce cases. Under Canadian law, these citizens may be subject to arrest. And the government is urging that they be arrested: "We recommend that consideration be given to whether legal action can be taken under Section 319 of the Criminal Code," the report says. That statute subjects to imprisonment anyone "who, by communicating statements in a public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach." If anything, though, it would appear to be the Canadian government that is inciting hatred against private Canadian and American citizens. Betty Hinton, a member of the Canadian House of Commons, calls the report "a poorly disguised attack on men and families" and says it is filled with hate and inflammatory language which does nothing to raise the status of women but everything to denigrate men, families, and parent organizations. The Canadian government has already resurrected archaic laws prohibiting criticism of government officials in order to arrest fathers, and fathers have been arrested for protesting outside government buildings. Special domestic violence courts in Canada can now remove fathers from their homes and seize their houses on unproven allegations. So far as I know, none of the Americans on this list have been informed by the Canadian government that they are being targeted for possible criminal prosecution by the federal government. Americans planning business or vacations in Canada should consider that their names may have been placed on government lists of "hate groups" without their knowledge and may therefore be arrested if they cross the border.
