Committee Members/Chairman (11) Selection Eleven (11) Committee Members (CM) are selected to operate a Regional/Branch – A suitable chairman is chosen by all CM’s holding a majority paper ballot. Note: If the
result of 1st ballot is drawn the decision will simply be
decided by the toss of the coin – all future ballots drawn will be decided
by a chairman’s casting vote. When the chairman is chosen he/she after discussions with other CM’s will set up the operational duties and posts of the ten remaining seats. Forming a

Chairman's
duties. The person appointed as the chairman regulates all the

Chairman |

Treasurer
|

The Treasurer
has the duty and power to receive and safely keep the revenue and public
monies of the regional branch |

Secretary |
|

A secretary is a
senior position in the organisation. Despite the name, the role is not all
clerical or secretarial. |

Fund Raisers

|
Will participate
in at least one fund raising project per year. The money raised will be
used to fund additional agreed expenses during the
year |

Events managers
or organisers plan, co-ordinate and publicise a wide range of promotional,
educational, and social events. |

Affairs/Media (2) |

The Social
Affairs Officer under the general guidance on national issues must have
